Vida Wishes - Spring 2027

Kathleen Keenan at Kids Can Press has acquired world rights to Vida Wishes by Pola Santos (1.), illustrated by Marianne Ferrer, a picture book about Vida, whose father has left their country of Venezuela to find a new home for the family, and the wishes Vida has for her family and country. Publication is scheduled for spring 2027; Jennifer Rofé represented the author, and the illustrator was unagented.
